Geocache Description:

The cache is located beneath a horizontal branch (which is low enough to sit on) of a wide branched tree The cache is near the main trunk of the tree. The tree is about 10-20 feet inland off of the safari trail. However the cache might be missing by some reports, damaged by others. I welcome anyone to bring a replacement cache in case this is really the case. Anyone care to adopt? This is a good cache spot, used for 13 years!

The safari trail runs from a spot a tad inland from the beach, on the West side of Baldwin Park. The trail head is at N 20 54.789, W 156 23.604. You can follow the jungle trail to the cache site and beyond. Many people even in the area have never been on this trail. It's an interesting walk. Or you can go the beach route and then launch a climbing expedition over the big sand dune and then down to the cache. The cache is somewhat covered over to avert accidental discovery. Enjoy!
