Geocache Description:

Minnesota Dave: planted this fine cache!
He's off traveling the world, I adopted for him. All the bestest and aloha oe!

How I got here (There are many more ways!) was by driving up Tantalus to
a sign saying "Kalawahine Trail". The trailhead waypoint is there. Very enjoyable!

Had a wonderful walk along the very scenic trail to the Kalawahine Bench Cache
and then we came to a crossroads with "Pauoa Flats Trail". The second waypoint is there.
Took the left turn, continuing past the "Nuuanu Trail" and eventually taking the right fork on to "Aihualama Trail".

The cache site waypoint is at a 120 degree angle turn in the path.
Head into the bamboo forest about 30 feet to the biggest tree there, which has fallen over.
Did you hear it?

Enjoy! Share photos of your hike.
Please CITO and write if you did.
