Geocache Description:

This cache is located along the banks of the Northwest Branch tributary.

The cache container is a rubbermade cylinder container with a blue lid that contains multiple items inside including a CD, stickers, patches, toy tiger, logbook, pens, two concert tickets set to expire in late May, etc etc. It could use some more toys- small preferred since the cache box is pretty crammed as is. Depending on which side of the Northwest Branch you hike, a little physical challenge may await you to reach the cache. Be sure to look carefully at all the possible hiding spots, they are infinite at this location. You may also want to consider finding "Now U see Me now U don't" cache which is 0.7 miles and 155 degrees southeast of this sight. It may be worth the trip to get two caches on one trip.

Access to the park is probably best off Route 29, there are some scenic miniature canyons, gorges and waterfalls (What canyons and waterfalls- yeah the only ones I'm aware of in Silver Spring) to explore as you zero in on this cache. I don't know of any street names off hand, but you may want to use a street atlas or dah! your GPS receiver if it has large scale street mapping software to find the closest access route. Good Luck!
