Capaldo: Went to the park for a swim today, and found the anchor for the cache on the shore. I think the RC sailboat guys pulled it. Cache was gone. I'm done. I've been maintaining this cache and it's predecessor a long time, but not any more.

Geocache Description:

When you get out of the water you need to dry off right away to avoid catching a cold, that’s why Towelie says, “Don’t forget to bring a towel.”

Towelie was a benevolent, albeit often ‘distracted’ character and the namesake cache was accordingly user-friendly. This cache, Towelie II, is more representative of Towelie’s evil nemesis and more difficult to access. (For the culturally illiterate, click here to learn more about Towelie’s saga.)

The cache is a one-quart thermos bottle filled with a few waterproof items from the original Towelie cache.
