Located close to Lighthouse point Louisbourg N.S.
To get to the cache,go to the end of Havenside Dr. Louisbourg,this will take you to Lighthouse Point.This is the site of the first Lighthouse in Canada,construction of this Lighthouse was started in 1731 and completed and first lit in 1734. From this site one can see the Fortress of Louisbourg accross the Harbour entrance.The cache is on a hiking trail along the coast,the trail has a few wet spots. The trail is above the rocks along the coast,care must be taken if you get onto the large rocks by the ocean.The cache is in a plastic latch top container in a green garbage bag for protection.
