She was a great car. A 1989 Honda Prelude SI that was given as a gift to us by my loving parents. With nearly 200,000 miles, it still ran like a champ! On March 6, 2004, on the 238 freeway, we had a fenderbender. While no people were hurt, our car suffered damage that would have cost more to fix (for us) than the value of the car itself. The wrecked hulk was sold for its parts a few weeks later.
This cache contains the contents of the car at the time of the incident and some additional items. Inside you will find (when placed): Campaign Ballots and information from the March 2, 2004 election, some stickers, a map, a fish, some trinkets, a McToy, some pens (some working and some not), and a FTF prize of CASH!!! (But as with all money in cars it is in the form of loose change). This cache is being started with two travel bugs that are appropriately themed. GO, GO, GO! TB which is a car, and WLG Officer Barbrady TB who is the cop on the T. V. show "South Park". I would like to keep this cache car-, police-, accident-, travel- themed but all trades are welcomed and encouraged.
The cache is an ammo can placed on a hill overlooking a great driving road. There is no need to park on the highway and the cache placement may be a little unsafe for small children and those afraid of heights. Please replace cache as found to prevent accidental finding by geomuggles. When placed I got the above coordinates, the wife got: N38 19.446 W120 43.812.
