Welcome to Nickel Creek!
This Mystery Cache which you will be searching for is located on the border between Bothell and Mill Creek in a very small park on Nickel Creek. You are looking for an Ammo Can container. To find the cache, you must first collect a serious of clues. 3 Waypoint in the park will show you around and will also provide you with these clues.
Clue ‘A’:
Locate the street number at the corner prior to entering the park. (XYZth) PL SE
Use the last number on the street sign (Z) and add (5) from that number.
(Z) + (5) = Clue ‘A’.
Clue ‘B’:
Find Waypoint N47 50.985, W122 12.180
Locate the Drain Cover at this point. Count the number of open holes in the cover. Subtract (3) from the number of open holes and this will give you the answer to clue ‘B’.
The # of open holes in drain cover minus (3) = Clue ‘B'.
Clue ‘C’:
Find Waypoint N47 51.056, W122 11.993
Locate the street signs and use (XYZnd) ST SE for the next clue.
(X) + (Y) + (Z) – (1) = Clue ‘C’.
Clue ‘D’:
You should now know the number of bridges that cross over Nickel Creek (not culverts). Add (6) to the number of bridges.
(The # of bridges) + (6) = Clue ‘D’.
Clue ‘E’:
Find Waypoint N47 51.042, W122 12.101
Locate the house on the left-hand side as you are exiting the park.
Find the address # (WXYZ).
(W) is Clue’E’.
Clue ‘F’:
If you read the clues before you set out to find this cache you will already have this clue. If not, you may have to backtrack a few blocks down the street from where you entered Nickel Creek. Locate the street number that dead ends at the entrance to the park.
Multiply the two numbers and add (1).
This will give you the answer to Clue ‘F’.
