Though we haven't dubbed this as a "state-wide" event, anyone who is able is welcome to come. We have reserved two small pavillions (4 & 6) out at Mayes Lake. Both have grills; so weather permitting we will grill out and have hotdogs and hamburgers...and of course the usual chips, cookies, drinks etc... Feel free to bring anything you want.
There is a voluntary sign up sheet for items that need to be brought on the www.msga.net site:

Bring your own chairs if you want, though we do have some picnic tables. And don't forget those great "caching adventure" stories.
This event is just for some good ole family fun, so don't forget the kiddies, because we will be located right next to some playground equipment. And of course you can bring your fishing poles! There are also some very good caches in the immediate area. I will also bring a "tavel bug box" for anyone who would like to swap out some tb's or just get them out of their hands.
If you do plan to attend, please drop a note here or on the www.msga.net website. More details will also be discussed on the msga.net website, so check in often. Any suggestions or questions are welcome!
Can't wait to see everyone again...or for the first time!
