This cache is located within Mahlon Dickerson Reservation, in the trailer park area. Start at the pine swamp trailhead which is on the left side as you enter. Parking is not permitted on Weldon Road within the reservation. However, parking is available just beyond the trailhead to the right.
Once you have reached GZ you will be within a circular grouping of about five large boulders. Go to the largest and tallest boulder and climb up onto the top-the climb is fairly easy. Once on top head towards the rear where you will find a flat, shelf-like seat perched on an overhang which appears to look like a drivers seat for the rock-spongebob says the pioneers used to drive these babies for miles:)- Once sitting on the seat, use the compass in your gps unit (if there isn't one in your unit you will need to bring one) and turn a bearing due west. In that direction you should see another large rock, "cache rock". The cache is in a 3x5 sized container with a black lid that can be pulled off. The cache contains a log book and a george. Please recover the cache and any heavy trafficing surrounding it, as to not give away its location. Have fun ;) -Treequest
