Chaos Theory Mystery Cache

Ontario Parks Parks Canada Petition To cache in public parks.

I came up with the idea for this cache because I wanted to create a cache where multiple cachers could participate, and each have their own find solution. There is only one starting point and only one final cache, however the path will be unique for each cacher. To complete this cache all you have to do is wonder around White Spruce Park until you find 5 of the 10 codes hidden around the park. Be careful, if you do not follow the instructions correctly, or try to take a short cut, you may never find the cache. Parking can be found at N 43° 43.811 W 79° 46.522. The park is open year round from sun rise to 9:00pm.

Proceed to the coordinates posted for the cache and locate a micro cache. In the container you will find slips of paper, take one for each member with a GPS. Notice the letter on the label matches the first letter on the slip. This lets you know you are at the correct stage. Also note there is a four digit code beside the letter, keep track of these numbers to locate the cache. To locate the next stage, take the number on the slip of paper beside the letter of the stage you are at and find the next stage from above. For example if you are at stage “B” and you see “B2”, you would look above for “2=3” or “2=7”… What ever the second numbers is, look that up in the table above for the coordinates of the next stage. Continue until you have located 6 stages including the start micro.

Once you have completed 6 stages, including the start micro, add the codes to form two numbers, and divide each by 1000. On each slip of paper there are two numbers, a latitude and longitude. Enter those numbers, and add to your results to form the minutes of the latitude and longitude of the cache.

Make sure you write down the code found under the lid. You will need it to find Eight Months In The Making.
