Location is wheelchair accessible. Parking available nearby either in front of stadium or on Stewart Rd off Schofield behind the lake. (Bring a photo ID and call Anne @ 845-446-1540 for help in entry to the post.)
Nice historic area. The site is dedicated to the early pioneers of the US AIR FORCE. The cache is strictly Air Force related material in the hopes that anyone with ties to the USAF will visit and take home a souvenir. Be sure and read all the engravings on the site to increase your knowledge of the early history of the USAF. Army vs. Air Force will hopefully bring many AF supporters to the area, hence the name of this cache: GO AIR FORCE!
