While Geocaching.com would like to continue to hold the location for you, doing so blocks other cachers from placing caches in the area. We feel that this cache has been disabled for a period of time exceeding what is reasonable for the area, and thus I regretfully must archive it.

If you are able to get out and replace the cache, simply drop me a note and let me know the GC waypoint number of the cache or better yet, the URL of the cache page. I will be more than happy to take a look at it to see if it is still is within the guidelines of the Geocaching.com website for cache placement and posting.

Since the logs do not positively confirm that all physical traces of the cache have been removed we will add it to the Cache Rescue Mission at www.mi-geocaching.org

Geocache Description:

This is a multi-stage cache located in Hudsonville at Sunrise Park. The park is accessible from Balsam off of Springdale St. (follow the signs). This is a very nice, fairly unknown park. All of the stages are located right off the trail or in a grass area (easy terrain, short walk).

There is a playground area, picnic tables, charcoal grills, pavilion, restroom, soccer field, and a ball diamond around for you to enjoy while you are here.

This park can be very busy or dead depending on the time of day or day of the week, so discretion is necessary at all stages (it seems that ball teams play here a lot). Please replace the stages as well hidden as possible to avoid accidental discovery!

This is a 4 stage multi-cache with the 4th stage being the cache (the stages are well hidden). The cache is a standard size ammo box filled with goodies for all ages. There is a first and second finders prize!

As this is my second cache any and all input is appreciated and welcome! Tree cover may set you off... ENJOY YOUR HIKE!
