Come join us for a round of disc golf with a twist. Meet at the tee for hole one at the Champoeg disc golf course (near the listed coordinates) at 10:00AM on Sunday June 6th. While recovering from the many events of the day before, we will play a standard round of disc golf with the follow twists:
- At each point your disc lands you will take a waypoint
- After the round all waypoints will be submitted to bazzle for plotting
- Prizes will be awarded for:
- The lowest total score
- Shortest route through the course
- Longest drive from tee
- Closest to the secret spot
There will be a secret spot that I will have a waypoint for before the game starts. The player whose disc lands closest to this spot during the game will win a special finder's prize.
Note that this is a 12 hole basket/cowbell course according to the map, but the ODSA site indicates 12 Innova DISCatcher baskets. We will be using the "advanced" tees, these are the blue ones on the map below and are the back tee pads on the course
