This code cache is intended to challenge you both mentally and physically. Both of which I hope you enjoy. I got the idea for this cache while working on erik's GCHVAQ - A Painful Introspection cache, so he's partly to blame. 
In order to find the cache, you've got to do some detective work on the web. You must decrypt the code above. Everything you need to break the code can be found on the web. The first part of the code gives you the cache coordinates
which is enough to find the cache. The second part of the code is a helpful hint. I leave it up to you whether you wish to decode the second part or not.
