Dedicated to Rosco Bookbinder

When we were in Spokane we met an interesting cacher. Rosco's ideas really turned us on. This cache is to say thanks.This is a micro so bring something to sign the log. Plenty of parking nearby except on Sunday mornings. This is in the residental part of a small town so be on your best sleuthing and watch out for those non-cachers.
