Geocache Description:

The Coordinates listed on this page are for suggested Parking areas unless you have the little pink tag hanging from your mirror (even better).

At the time of placing this cache, we noticed there were 26 active caches in the Charlestown State Park. We also noticed, when mapped out, there was a big hole in the map where no cache had been hidden. Then sitting in our camp chairs with half full drink holders at our sides, we decided to add all the coordinates together and divide by 26 to come up with this spot right in the middle. The next morning, went off to see where we would end up. (we have often theorized this throw a dart at the topo is how alot of caches are hidden. Yeah, you know who you are!) We turned up in a beautiful spot and a perfect place to hide such a treasure. (OK it works! We are learning from the best). We left the pavement at an area designated as 70 thru 75. 70 is how we went in, but came out at 75. I liked 70, she liked 75. The ones in the middle are nice too.

CAUTION--LARGE (but interesting ) SINK HOLE AT N38*26.144 W085*38.004. Several hours after many changes in status of the aforementioned drink holders, we did investigate (timidly) this sink hole as a possible ancient Prince Madoc's / Aztec's / local Indians' cache. (not telling).
