Not quite handicap accessible but very easy to get there. The new hint is a real spoiler, but should keep you from having to return.
Cache is slightly smaller than a film canister. It is meant to be very difficult to find, but I guess we'll see about that. Please put it back carefully, in the same place. Contains a log, only. Feel free to e-mail for other clues. *** Please note, this cache is retrievable while keeping both feet firmly planted on the ground. There is no need to climb on anything***
