A surprise find considering it is a nameless waterfall.
This is probably one of my favourite falls. This is a plunge type waterfall . There is something very serene and peaceful about a waterfall, a carpet of periwinkle wildflowers and a bank of moss and fern covered rocks.
This cache is part of a larger series of waterfalls that we are putting together in "The Falls Tour:" with one final cache for the Multi. This is the ultimate waterfall and definitely my all time favourite one. But to find it you must collect all the clues from all the Falls.
Please note the letter on the lid, so that you can find the final cache. Note: We are in the process of revamping this tour, so please collect the letters. And as soon as the tour is finalized you can start decoding the letters for your final waterfall.
Parking coordinates are: N43.40.445, W079.59.246
The Duff Pit Side Trail Entrance is: N43.40.295, W079.59.398, please note that part of this trail is on private property and that the land owners request that you do not deviate from the trail. The Duff Pit Side Trail is a 1.4km loop and well worth the walk.
The cache is a Ammo box and is located on the edge of the trail. Please make sure that the cache is covered up and can’t be seen as it is on a hiking trail.
