Frahm Filter is a 4x6 canister, located adjacent the Strip just off Las Vegas blvd.
It was deployed with the S.C.E. (Standard Cache Essentials: Logbook, Pencil and Official Stache
note) and has a spirited theme dedicated to the trials and tribulations of a newbie’s caching experiences.
