This, the oldest building in the Riverland, was a welcome sight for the weary overlander after battling the heat and hardship of the desert journey. Even today you may hear their ghosts singing;“So search the around my boys, Don’t let the cache just stand there,For tonight we’ll drink the healthOf every overlander.”
