Located at the foot of the Metropolitan Life Insurance Building, in a small park.
Perfect lunchtime challenge. Cache is about 36" off the ground. Ask one of the first Admirals in the US Navy for a clue. He should be standing nearby. Logbook is located inside.
Take care to be extra discreet in your search and seizure, and to rehide with care, as crowds routinely gather in the vicinity. Good luck.
