Geocache Description:

In 1913, the city of Spokane entered in to a contract with the Olmsted brothers to work out a master plan for Spokane. What followed was in part a design for the Rockwood area. The Rockwood Addition boundaries were 14th and 29th Avenues and from Arthur to Hatch Streets. Today, the Rockwood area has become a much desired area of fine older homes. In 1996, Rockwood Boulevard was designated a historic district on the National Register of Historic Places.

better adj. More useful, suitable, or desirable.

bygone adj. Well in the past; former; "bygone days"; "dreams of foregone times"; "sweet memories of gone summers"; "relics of a departed era."

The coords may be a little off due to the cloud and tree coverage. Please use the hints before destroying the area. Better yet, don't destroy the area at all!

Nice houses, eh? No need to touch the wall.
