Up until June of 2003 I had a cache here named "There's a Park?". Unfortunately that cache was stolen and I just did not have the time to place and maintain a new won. But now I do! You will find this one at a park that the City of Highland has decided to finally complete. So the answer to the question posed by the original cache is: YES! THERE IS A PARK.
