This two-part multi-cache is located in the Kratzert Tract of the Lake Monroe Conservation Area.
Follow the Treasure Trolls' path to locate their treasure stash!
There is a parking area located at N28 49.918, W081 11.488 and the gate to the parking area closes at 7pm. Recreational activities here include hiking and biking. Bring plenty of water to drink and some insect repellent. Please be respectful of the environment as a permit was required for the placement of this cache.
Both stages comprise approximately 1.5 miles round-trip using the white-blazed loop trail which covers a variety of terrain.
The coordinates listed are for the first stage. Here you will find the coordinates for the final stage hidden in a small PVC tube. The final stage is hidden in a 30 cal. ammo box. Initial contents include a log book and two pens, and the following new items: scissors, utility tool, rope, and a combination lock. Also included is a pez dispenser, BK toy, key clip, animal coin, and a TB. FTF gets $1 and your pick of the treasure.

11/1/04 Update:
The original Trek included three stages, but we eliminated the original first stage after the three hurricanes. The area of the first stage was devastated after Hurricane Charley. We found the final cache floating in knee-deep swamp water but managed to retrieve and reposition it on higher ground. The contents stayed dry--ammo cans are great! All coordinates have been updated. The trail is currently underwater in some areas but you can complete this multi with some bushwhacking through the pine grove if you find the trail flooded.
