lovak9: As the owner of this cache I found it was nessessary to arhive this one It seems as though the cache was placed on city property that private citizens can't acess. Even though there is a sign stating that dog owners must be responsible for cleaning up after your pet while in this area. Our government not knowing what it is doing once again.Sorry if anybody got in trouble while hiking in this area, I will be more vigilant in checking the accessability of the cache locations from now on.
