Geocache Description:

Located in Bowmont Natural Environment Park. Pretty easy hike with moderate elevation change.

We tagged this one as the Haunted Forest because of all the spooky stuff we came across including: a "Ring" type well; a scarecrow tree; a Blair Witch type structure; an abandoned shovel useful for grave digging; and a crazed bird that kept attacking us. You can approach this cache two ways. You can park at the corner of Varsity Road and 40th Avenue NW (N51.05.489 W114.10.299). Alternately, you can approach from the bike path along the river. The container is a clear Rubbermaid container with a blue lid.
