I named this The Fountain of Youth because it will emcompass a new building for the young, and where you stand for your picture will be in the round-about that will contain a fountain Additionally this is the beginning of what is the rebirth of downtown Normal. A bold and forward looking plan envisioned by a our current Town Council and City Planners.
To properly log this cache you will need a cell phone and the assistance of a partner who will be sitting in front of a computer with an internet connection. Be sure the person on the computer is familiar with their job ahead of time. They must capture your picture when it appears on the webcam. Save it to a file for future use.
ASSISTANT'S JOB:

Now click on the webcam button. Wait unitl you receive a phone call from the geocacher buddy.
GEOCACHERS JOB:
Using the coordinates proceed to the waypoint. When you arrive call your assistant and coordinate until they can see you and copy the picture to a file. It might be a good idea to stand near the diamond shaped sign. The webcam will refresh every minute.
