***UPDATE*** Replaced container with a new one that has screw on
lid. And these coordinates maybe better- N44D.50.696 &
W107D.19.640. Tell me if those are better?Located in the Tongue
River Canyon, with the Tongue River flowing just south of this
cache. Great place to fish, but make sure you have a license.
Straight up, on both sides, you can witness the tremendous canyon
walls. Heading into Dayton from Ranchester, take a right at the
road right before the bridge, and follow that around to the canyon.
There is a parking lot, at the end of the road in the canyon. On
the way in, you will drive past where the cache is hidden, off the
road that is, but there is no place to park until you get to the
parking area about 1/5 of a mile further up the road. Left a lot of
stuff, and a log book w/pen. Parking area is also good place for a
picnic, but has no tables. Does have fire-rings, but check fire use
status, for it gets dry during the summer. Also has restrooms. And
bring your camera.
