Cache is indeed completely gone. I passed by just to do new recon - I didn't have a replacement cache prepared and I'm thinking there might be better locations nearby. I'm going to archive this one.

Geocache Description:

Full-size cache just off diagonal drive in City Park. Some areas in City Park are fenced off - for no particular reason. Near here is a large area which is fenced off.

Should be extremely easy to find (so no hint). Please re-camo well. Initial contents are a couple flashlights, a couple pez dispensers, and some collectible Lego basketball players.
