Geocache Description:

Located on a small island at the mouth of Cotuit Bay on Cape Cod, the cache is camouflaged but relatively easy to find.

You are looking for a one gallon plastic container located on lovely sand bar island at the mouth of Cotuit Bay. Getting to the island requires a boat, unless you like adventure swimming. There are several boat launches at the town beaches but no parking for out-of-towners at them. Walking across the island will damage the vegetation and disturb native birds. It will also dramatically increase your chance of getting poison ivy. It will not increase your chance of finding of the cache. Please walk along the shoreline.
