Geocache Description:

Traditional cache hidden near a prison and based on the movie "The Shawshank Redemption".

Hi Red, Remember that talk we had years ago in the prison yard... the one about what to do when you are finally released? Let me refresh your memory...

Be sure to keep your head down as you slink past the guard towers of the prison to the south. The guards have been known to shoot first and ask questions later. If you are stealthy enough and observant enough, you will find the cache I left. In it is enough booty to get you to Mexico where the authorities are unlikely to find you! Parking is available at a nearby Community Park - beware the baseball and soccer playing muggles - they could rat you out to the authorities!

Special Thanks: The cache was down for a while - the racoons got into it and scattered the contents over the area. Thanks to umc for picking up and returning the pieces! I replaced the rubbermaid container with an ammo case. Let's hope this container lasts longer than the first!
Nope! The ammo case didn't last - the container is now a small lock and lock.

Note: There is construction in the area, but it does not affect the cache.
