29/10/23 Tooradin has had many changes since this cache was placed. We toyed with letting it go but being an oldy thought we would change it a bit and keep it alive.
At WP1 you should find your self at a carving of a popular bird from around here.
A = How many letters in the type of bird carved here?
Now proceed directly across the highway to
S38 12.769
E145 22.847
Here you will find a Carved Wooden mythical creature. From the near by sign you will find how Tooradin got its name, and some more clues for the cache hide.
B = Add the first and second digit of the year the "Book of Aborigines" came out.
c = In the paragraph describing what the carving represents, count the number of letters in the LAST word.
Now proceed to the centre of the foot bridge at:-
S38.12.761
E145.22.814
Here you will see the old wooden flood gates in action. Also on the side of the bridge you will see some chrome plugs on the top rail of the walking bridge.
D = the number of chrome disks in the top and bottom row of one section.
E = The number of chrome disks in the top row in one section.
The cache is now hidden at:-
S38° 12.ACE E145° 22.ABD.
There is a pencil in the container but in case please bring a pen and small swaps.
We hope you enjoy your time here.
