Props to AndymanD for abbreviated cachename idea.
I thought about making this a harder one, but maybe next time.
Cache is a 50-cal ammo can. If you arrive at the correct times, and
park at the correct location, you will be less than 250 feet from
the cache. Arrive at the wrong time and/or park in the wrong
location, and this could possibly be a Terrain 3 cache if you try
to beeline!
Note/warning: Do NOT park in a neighborhood to attempt this
cache. You will also know right away what the wrong times are to
park in the best parking location! Don't park there during those
times - use the "wrong" parking and have at it from there.
Note 11/19/06: Cache replaced and moved slightly, hint updated
and is pretty much a spoiler. New coords are a 140 count average,
which gave 19.1ft accuracy. This one shouldn't be as difficult as
it used to be, but watch your footing when retrieving the
cache.
