Kätkö sijaitsee Lappeenrannan lähellä, Taipalsaaren kunnan alueella, melko laajassa niemessä. Ympärillä levittäytyy Saimaa. Maasto on melko haastavaa ja paikoin vaikeakulkuista, riipuen reittivalinnastasi.
Ajo-ohje autolla: Lappeenrannasta Helsingintieltä Merenlahdentielle, suoraan n. 10 km. Käänny hiekkatielle "Orjaniementie". Pysyttele parhaimman-/samannäköisellä tiellä. Auton voit jättää [N 61 deg 7.448 min, E 27 deg 59.711 min]

Kätkön lähelle pääsee myös veneellä. Talvella jäällä hiihtäminen on mahdollista. Kätkön löytäminen on kuitenkin vaikeampaa, ja lumilapiolle voi olla tarvetta.

This cahce is in large cape. The lake Saimaa is close. The area is quite challenging and occasionally hard. (It depends on your route!)
In Lappeenranta: Road "Helsingintie" -> "Merenlahti". Drive about 10 km. Turn left to a small dirt road "Orjaniementie". Drive stragiht the main dirt road, don't turn to smaller ways. You can park your car at [N 61 deg 7.448 min, E 27 deg 59.711 min]

If you have a boat, you can easily go near the cahce. In the winter is possible ski on the ice, but then it's more difficult to find the cache... a snow shovel may be needed!
