Welcome to my very first cache -- it should be quite easy to find, so bring the kids. The cache was placed on June 6th, 2004 -- a rainy day not well-suited for reading in the park at ALL! However, summer will be here soon and this cache will come in handy.
With this cache, there are some items to take BUT, there are some items to leave behind -- the two books. These books are placed for everyone to enjoy and I have included bookmarks that you can take with you to keep track of the pages you have read -- so that you can pick-up where you left off in subsequent visits.Of course, there are also some trade items.
I packed the cache pretty full and only smaller items will fit easily into the box (it's a large tupperwear container)Contents on placement:

I revisited the cache -- looks as if everything but the books have been removed. I placed a new logbook, but will need to drop in another pencil and eraser. The books are still there though! I'll find some small items to place into the cache. I think what happened is that one little ziploc bag went MIA and I cannot locate it in the vicinity.
