Geocache Description:

This is a great area for a quickie type cache. Surprisingly, one had never been placed here,, until now!


Thought we would coincide placement of this cache with Clayjar's Alaska Quest Event cache which will be stopping by on June 17, 2004. Should be a quick and easy find for those traveling through the area. We will say that this is easier for those traveling west but even the east bounders can grab it with just two or three miles being added to their trip. Take the exit just before the bridge if heading east.

Lots of people stop here so to save you from looking so conspicuous while hunting, we'll tell you that it's not on the ground and you don't have to go into the woods for it. This is a sign log only cache with small pencil inside. Your pen will be easier to use so bring it if you got it!

Be sure to go inside and look around while you're here. This is a really nice stop and the wildlife out back (take the walkway up) is cool to see. The cache itself is available 24/7 next to the parking area.

Please note that this is a busy place at times. Your option of course, but feel free to use the hint to expedite finding if it's real busy. After you're done signing, please try to rehide the cache like you found it.
