agouracharger: The Bob's maintenance workers placed a metal cover over the cache so this one is officially gone.
It is hard to believe that 235 cachers found this cache before it disappeared.

This cache is located at the oldest surving Bob's Big Boy restaurant. I used come to this Bob's in the 50s with my parents. In the 60s I frequently cruised the drive-in with my friends.
I hid this cache because I received the Big Boy travel bug. This TB wants to visit lots of remaining Bob's. I took it to the Toluca Lake and the Glendale Bob's, but I needed a place to turn it loose. It seemed like a good idea to place this cache right at Bob's.
After the Big Boy travel bug is gone there will be room for several more items.
Please try not to be too obvious when you recover the cache. It is right out in the open.
