This cache is located atop Race Brook Falls in MA. It is hidden in a clear tupperware container and currently contains a TB from Old Man Walkabout. The terrain is rocky and steep along the falls but there are easier routes to get to the top of the falls.
Found a new home for Old Man Walkabout TB at Race Brook Falls in Massachusetts with Kim yesterday. The parking area where we started is off of 41. We hiked to the lower falls and climbed to the top. We could have taken the path to the Race Trail Campground area but we would have missed out on seeing 4 of the 5 waterfalls. The TB is hidden where the blue triangle trail meets up with the white dash (heads toward the AT). You'll see a rock formation with a grove of pine trees that looks towards the montains behind you. The trail it is on leads toward Sages Ravine.
