The Maiden and the Brave Bug Resort Traditional Cache

Astro_D: Well after nearly a year and a half, we decided to retire this cache. Not only that but with the wind storm a couple of weeks ago, the huge oak tree is dangling precariuosly on a few thin vines right over the cache site - way to dangerous to keep it active.

Thanks to all those who visited. I will move the TB's that are in this cache to another local cache so they can be on their way.

THIS CACHE IS WELL HIDDEN WITH MINIMUM ATTENTION DRAWN TO IT! PLEASE REPLACE IT AS SUCH! Please do not tear up the surroundings while looking for this cache!

We've increased the difficulty as searching may be inorder and receiving an accurate signal may not be too good. Stealth may be needed to avoid inquisitive stares or detection.

If you have found this cache in the past, you may find it again. How you log your visit (as a find or post a note)is at your discretion.

This is a two part virtual/physical cache located in a family friendly park. Part one is virtual. You need to read the plaque to get the date to lead you to the final cache. Please do not post the date on your logs.

Once you have the coordinates figured out, you can proceed to the final cache which is a standard size ammo box. This is also a travel bug resort. We kindly ask that IF YOU TAKE A TRAVEL BUG, PLEASE REPLACE IT WITH ANOTHER TRAVEL BUG. There are also some regular trade items.

The plaque/virtual portion is located at 44 27.834 and 088 03.570. Take the date on the plaque and use it with the following formula to get the coordinates to the final cache.
