The cache is a small ammo box. There should be at least one bug at the Travel Bug Inn at all time. Please do not take the last Travel Bug without leaving one in return. It is okay to take more than one, but only if you can genuinely help them along. Try to let everyone have a chance to participate. There are other fun things in the cache to trade if you do not have a bug. This is also a good spot to place Where's George dollars.
Please log each Travel Bug in and out of the cache at geocaching.com and in the cache log.If you take a travel bug, please do not keep it. Remember, travel bugs are to be moved from cache to cache and are not considered typical trade items. Someone spent time and money creating the travel bug.If possible place your bug in a plastic zip lock bag with instructions for the bug.Even if you have visited this cache in the past, feel free to stop by to trade travel bugs. Most bugs like to stay in one place for a short time and don't mind moving around. Just log your visit as a note and document what you took and left.Try to be discreet as possible. This can be a busy area, so please hide it back as well or better than you found it.
