Hajstorps slussar i Göta Kanal
De två slussarna i Hajstorp byggdes 1821 och 1822. Den övre slussen, ”Thomas Telford”, har en fallhöjd på 5,0 m medan den nedre, som heter ”Krigsmakten” har en fallhöjd på 5,1 m.
Förutom slussarna finns en rullbro i Hajstorp. Den är byggd på Motala Verkstad och är i sin äldsta delar från 1830!
Cachen är en ½-liters glasslåda och innehållet från början var:Jojo, datorflatkabel, anslutningspluggar, cykelventiladapter, penna, anteckningsbok.
The two locks in Hajstorp were build 1821 and 1822. The upper lock, “Thomas Telford”, has a height of 5 m while the lower lock, called “Krigsmakten” has a height of 5,1 m.
In addition to the locks, Hajstorp also has a rolling bridge. It is build at Motala Verkstad and may be as old as from the 1830’s.
