The cache is located in an old DuPont estate that was given to the state as a park.
There are paved walking trails for half of the trip, the other half depends on the starting point
- from Part 1 cache, the hike doesn't involve much of an incline.
- from the parking lot, you will climb a set of man-made stone stairs...be careful they might be slippery when wet.
We saw a doe and her two fawns as we hiked between caches, keep your eyes/ears open. This cache will take you into the woods (part one is easier) so I hope you can get a good reading.
You do not need to do these caches in any particular order. However, this cache has a theme- bring something with a college logo or something for studying (pens, pencils, notepads, etc...).
