Over looking Jamison Lake and a small pond with a muskrat home in it.
Nana & I just found Moses Coulee Falls and she told me there was a lake nearby but I didn't believe her. This doesn't look like lake country. So she showed me.
As we were enjoying watching the Canvasback Ducks on the lake, we found this little pond on the other side of the road. We saw 4 muskrats in it. One was busy collecting weeds and taking them in a hole to make a nest. We also saw some kind of a water snake peeking his head up looking for bugs to eat.
Nana gave me her gps and let me go hide this one so she could come and find it. I hope you have as much fun here as I did. Be sure and watch out for snakes and be kind to the wildlife here.
