The university started in 1892 as an off-shoot from Oxford
University. Reading University now has a number of sites and this
site, Whiteknights, was aquired in 1947.
From the above coordinates you stand between Foxhill House and
Whiteknights lake. There are a number of other victorian houses on
the site, dating from a time when the estate was split into
leaseholds, but these are all now part of the university.
The cache is not at the above location. This is location
(A).

at N 51° 26.030 W 000° 55.181).
The cache is found:855m from A,795m from B,1102m from C.
As you wander around the campus trying to find the cache I hope
that you enjoy the landscape.
Note:
Please make sure that you replace cache carefully. Use
some stones or wood to wedge it in please, it easily falls out.
