Knowing that y’ can’t change the habits of city-slickers the Sandy Creek Cowboys have decided to take the moral high ground and demonstrate the right and proper way to place an Altoid Geocache in the back country.
Surely the honesty and romance of the American cowboy can still have a beneficial effect on the lost and misguided citizens that live in big cities like Pine Valley and Dulzura. Take a good look at the photo of the Sandy Creek Cowboys, surely their ruggedly handsome faces will fill you with confidence and admiration as you undertake this surprising adventure. Well, maybe not.
Drive on out to La Posta Truck trail and score this challenging Altoiderator cache. Experience a short section of old timey wash-board road. Get some honest dust on your fancy SUV, mess up your designer boots, and put a tear into your stylish hiking attire. Extra points if y’ wear a cowboy hat.
Yes the logbook is in a standard Altoid tin but not like you might expect. Use your imagination when you replace the logbook. Oddly enough there’s lots and lots of room to leave small trade items.
When you pass Sandy Creek Ranch on the way out be sure to honk and holler if y’ enjoyed this cowboy cache.
Y’all come y’ hear?
