Home Plate Traditional Cache

Papa-Tom: Made a visit to the cache site today and found it missing again. I will "Archive" Home Plate and thank all those who made the 167 visits in support of grandson GeochaserXX and I over the 3 1/2 years the cache saw action. It was fun while it lasted and we enjoyed it. The grandkids are a bit disappointed. The park is just too busy and full of mischievous muggles with nothing better to do.

Geocache Description:

This cache is located in a nice neighborhood park with plenty of parking all around.

The cache is a fully packed 8" x 10" x 2" Tupperware container. It is not visible but is easily accessible. Thanks to Papa-Tom for helping and inspireing me to place my first cache. The park is quiet at times but can be busy. It depends on the time of day and season. Morning and evening is the better time. Sit at the coordinates and watch a ball game or meditate... the cache is likely closer than you think. Be discreet in searching and returning the cache to it's hiding place. Geomuggles could be observing near by. Bring a picnic and enjoy nearby picnic tables, BBQ grills, and the children's playground. I live within walking distance and will check on the cache often to determine activity and status. Hope you enjoy the cache and hunt... Happy Geocaching.
