Geocache Description:

Located on the shores of Goose Lake, near Goose Lake State Park.

Goose Lake is about 200 square miles, and only about 8 feet deep at the most. The cache is located between the lake shore, and Goose Lake State Park, a green oasis right on the Oregon-California border. In fact, you are in Oregon on the road into the cache, and in California on the way out. Any doubt, look at the license plates on the cars parked at the houses! The cache is a camo plastic container and is filled with Smokey Bear goodies, and some things and stuff. Note that access to the cache is in a day-use area...no night caching! :)
