Geocachers are invited to the Texas Hills Vineyard for a fun-filled day to include a potluck luncheon, beverage sampling and grape-stomping!! And, make a t-shirt with your grape-stained footprints!! T-shirts are available from the vineyard (with their logo) to purchase for $13.99. Or, you can bring your own t-shirt to "stomp"!!
We will be hiding some new caches in the vineyard area. The Pedernales SP caches are not far if you want to make a full day of caching.
All ages invited to attend. Dogs permitted on-leash only.
There is a picnic area but no grills. Be sure to bring picnic blankets, chairs & coolers for an authentic picnic overlooking the vineyard.
Please sign up with the number of attendees and potluck dish you would like to bring.
Potluck thus far:
Appetizers: Cheese & crackers, Smoked Gouda & crackers, Deviled eggs, Coleslaw, Chips & Salsa
Main dishes: Lasagna, Sandwich meats/cheese/bread/condiments, BBQ (possibly), more bread
Desserts: Brownies, another dessert
Drinks: Iced Tea (Moosiegirl, this would be great!!), other drinks, Cooler of sodas
Other: Utensils, Plates, Napkins
For those who have not signed up to bring anything yet, might I suggest the following? Pickles, Pretzels, Potato chips, dip, side salads, desserts, fruit, folding table & anything else you can think of!!
