Monterey Peninsula, N36 34.655 W121 52.417 Elevation 150', roadside shoulder parking and easy walk for kids and dog. Good chance to spot deer and quail.
We are looking for someone to adopt this cache, we have moved into our RV and are on the road full time. This cache has been around since 2004, we'd like to keep it active.
Find the pond and you are close. Your GPSr may give you trouble because of tree cover. Park on the shoulder alongside the road. Dogs and kids will enjoy this one.
Area is well groomed and generally void of poison oak. Have your camera ready, you will have a great chance to get a picture of a covy of quail or foraging deer. Cache is a large lock and lock. Origianlly this was a theme cache, but we've decided to expand the theme because it gets so much activity and few people seem to have marbles with them. So, if you take a marble, please leave one, if you don't take one and you can, please leave a marble. If you are from elsewhere, help a TB on its way. Good Luck!
