An easy Cache to find. Great for the kids.
The Cache is located on Boone County Conservation District property, and their hours are half hour before dawn to half hour after dusk.

This is our first cache!!!
Cache is located in the Boone County Conservation District forest, off of a path by about 150 feet.
Take time to stroll the numerous paved and unpaved paths. You will hear the sounds of the wild at this site, with cardinals, blue-jays, juncos, chickadees, and downy and red-bellied woodpeckers frequenting the area. Rabbits and squirrels are abundant, and the call of coyotes has been heard in the distance on some nights. Wood ducks, mallards, and sandhill cranes nest in the marshy areas adjacent to the cache location. You may even get to see deer up close...
While the cache itself is winter-friendly, getting to it in the winter may involve a bit of a trek on the snowy trails. Enjoy your search in this wild area; go quietly and you will see and hear a lot of wildlife. Help preserve the natural beauty of the area by doing a little CITO as you go.
A little difficult to get a satellite lock under the trees.
The best satellite lock is about 25 feet, so refer to Hint if you are "stumped"...
